At Radar, we do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Still not completely satisfied? Don't worry — you can easily return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.

Returns conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

• All labels and original packaging must be intact.

• Return requests must be submitted via our returns portal within 14 days of receipt.

What are your options?

When returning you can choose from:

• Refund of the purchase amount

• Replacement with another product

• Radar store credit for a future purchase

How does it work?

1. Go to our returns portal and follow the steps.

2. Select the return method and indicate your preference (money back, replacement or credit).

3. Please pack your item well and ship it according to the instructions.

4. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your request within 5 working days.

• Return costs are at your own expense, unless it concerns an error on our part (e.g. damaged or incorrectly delivered product).

• Exchanges depend on the availability of the desired product.
